If you wish to collect donations at your loved one’s funeral or memorial service, donations can be made using our free donation envelopes or via our QR code, which can be shared with family and friends.

You can speak with your funeral director to arrange for donation envelopes to be available at the service. Alternatively, you can request them directly by completing the form below.

We will send you a pack that includes:

• the selected quantity of donation envelopes
• a letter with instructions on how to return the envelopes to The Rev. Bill Crews Foundation

Note: please allow between 3-5 business days for delivery. If there isn’t enough time to order envelopes, your guests can make a donation online.
