If you’re daunted by the prospect of cooking for the family this Christmas, spare a thought for the chefs at The Rev. Bill Crews Foundation.
They will cater for over 2,000 hungry Christmas-goers with 400 kilos of ham and turkey, 680 kilos of chicken, 800 kilos of veggies and 40 litres of cranberry sauce.
As if that wasn’t enough there will also be 4,000 mini puddings and cheesecakes, not to mention fairy floss as well!
It’s undoubtedly a challenge, but one the chefs embrace. After all, it wouldn’t be Christmas without a festive spread.
